Speakers

 

Dr. Rodrigo Kikuchi, BR (LinkedIn)

An experienced angiologist and vascular surgeon with a doctorate in health sciences, he is a volunteer professor of surgery at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Santa Casa de São Paulo. A full member of the Brazilian Society of Angiology and Vascular Surgery, he is also affiliated with the American Venous Forum, American Vein & Lymphatic Society, and the Society of Vascular Surgery. Additionally, he is a member of the International Compression Club, founder of Compression Club Brasil, and co-founder of the Institute of Vascular Excellence and ECCOS Cursos. He also holds an MBA in Business Management from the FGV-SP School of Economics.

 

Dr. Miriam Takayanagi, BR (LinkedIn)

A graduate of the Paulista School of Medicine – Federal University of São Paulo (EPM/UNIFESP), she specialized in angiology and vascular surgery at the same institution. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Angiology and Vascular Surgery (SBACV) and the Brazilian Society of Laser in Medicine and Surgery (SBLMC).

 

Dr. Josefina Carvallo Lantz, VEN (LinkedIn)

A medical doctor graduated from Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado, Venezuela, she completed her residency in internal medicine at Hospital Luis Gómez López and specialized in angiology at Hospital Pedro Ernesto, Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She holds an International Diploma in Humanitarian Management, Disasters, and Catastrophes from the United Nations Association in Venezuela. Currently, she serves as a board member of the Venezuelan Society of Phlebology and Lymphology and the Pan-American Society of Phlebology and Lymphology, contributing to its Scientific Committee on Lymphology. She is also a member of the International Lipedema Association (ILA) in Denmark.

A renowned vascular surgeon specializing in vascular ultrasound, he serves as the Scientific Secretary of the International Compression Club (ICC), President of the Brazilian Compression Club, and Scientific Director of LiVE Compression – Compression Therapy Immersion Course.
