Helen Langthorne, UK

Appointed as a Leg Ulcer Nurse Specialist in 2008, Helen has experience in Dermatology and Vascular Surgery. Helen holds many qualifications including ENB 998 (mentorship), ENB 870 (applications into research), Leg Ulcer Theory and Practice and Complexities in Leg Ulcer Management (both University of Hertfordshire).

 

Susan Knight, UK (LinkedIn)

Tissue Viability Nurse Consultant, MLD Therapist and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire.

Susan is an experienced Register General Nurse having worked for more than 40 years in the NHS. Most of this time was in the Community as a District Nurse in Southeast England. She became a Tissue Viability Nurse in 2004 and remained in the Community working with the Community Nursing Teams to improve patient outcomes.  In 2010 Susan became a Queens Nurse. Leaving the NHS in 2012 but has continued to work closely with colleagues and services within the NHS.

Vascular and General Laparoscopic/robotic Consultant.

Adam is an experienced Vascular and General Laparoscopic/robotic Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Vascular, Endovascular, Clinical Research, Medical Education, Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery. Interests include thoracic outlet surgery, VTE, laparoscopic aortic and endoleak surgery, and venous ulcer research. Currently Clinical Lead for the Five Rivers Regional Vascular Unit and Chairman of the East of England Vascular Group.
